TEA offers two recognized experts in the field of PCB and “dioxin-like compounds” toxicology, regulatory and litigation support and Dioxin consulting and regulatory management of dioxin contaminated sites.
Dr. John Schell, Vice President & Chief Science Officer, is a leading expert of PCBs and the corresponding human and ecological risk assessments and litigation issues associated with these compounds. Dr. Schell has a PhD in toxicology from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and has over 25 years consulting in this field. He has participated in dozens of PCB-related projects across the country, published papers in the scientific literature and presented at scientific meetings related to this work, and has been qualified as an expert in toxicology in both federal and state courts.
Dr. Schell has developed and managed human and ecological risk assessments at many of the largest PCB and dioxin driven Superfund sites in the US.
Dave Wandor is a technical expert for remediation and water treatment of PFAS, PCBs, Dioxins and Furans. Dave has over 25 years of experience in designing and managing projects and operations dealing with persistent compounds. He also managed a global team that performed research on persistent compounds and respective treatment technologies.
